Right after the court order to suspend the ongoing strike by teachers, GNAT has come out with an alert to its members across the nation.
”UNION ALERT! We wish to inform all teachers that the strike action we started on Friday,November 4, 2022 has been SUSPENDED today November 11, 2022,following an order of interlocutory injunction granted by the High Court,Accra against all the Teacher Unions today Nov. 11, 2022.”
”We urge all teachers to remain calm and RESUME WORK with red armbands on Monday November 14, 2022,as we pursue the matter accordingly.Thanks for your support.”
